LAITINEN SPRING-SUMMER 2011
Laitinen spring-summer 2011 collection combines androgynous, even feminine elements such as sheer wool chiffon and detachable pleated kilts to classic tailored jackets and biker gilets in washed reindeer leather. Signature Laitinen details like slashed transparent back panels appear on button-down shirts and oversized trench coats.
Hooded jersey and knit capes and fringed wrap sarongs add a relaxed nomadic feeling to the collection. As in all the previous Laitinen collections, the digitally printed fabrics are designed in collaboration with photographer Chris Vidal.
